6th digestive system alert!! the one who always stay up late~its unavoidable that they will eat something to keep them awake... the food will be stored in your stomach cause everyone knows that food that you eat after 9 will be very hard to be digested~imagine you sleep with er stomach full of food~they i will eventually rotten inside because stomach keep on secretion those enzyme to actually digest the food but without grinding it does nothing but hurting that layer of cell ~and within our stomach we have a small layer of cell that helps us to grinds all the food we eaten...basically these cell will rejuvenate after every 2 to 3 days~so if lets say you actually damage your particular layer, then you will easily get digestive problem~OH MY GOD!!! 7th The physique easy to sour after 1am adn you still havent sleep~your metabolism will be digested by some kind of enzyme~ and then they will release some kind of toxic and toxicate your body~that is consider sour~so even you wanna stay up la

i read this issue about heath~ it mention bout what will cause us if we SLEEP late or stay up late~ it's in mandarin and now I'm trying my best to translate it into English~ hope that i can help you guys oh^^ 1st ~ easily turn STUPID according to experimentation, a normal people had got to sleep for 8 hours, if lets say you sleep late for 1 hour, that means you owe your body 1 hour of sleep. Besides because of that it'll somehow reduce er EQ and IQ about a quotient~This is what they call "SLEEP DEBT",imagine you repeat it for 1 week, how much you owe your body? and no matter how long you sleep at the end~you will still feeling tired, and you will easily make mistakes, forgetful and also not so agile oh~so in short~ sleep late or dont sleep can make people turn stupid~soon might become retarded~SCARY!!! 2nd easily OLD stay up late can make people easily get old! because when we are tired, we have this thing call tired ion, and we need to sleep to actually purify th

ayumi up coming album altogether have 4 different type of version 1st one would be CD + DVD version 2nd and 3rd would be CD only different cover 4th would be IN USB FORM!!!! oh my god its a very 1st time that album is in such a form~ but its not cheap cause they are selling it in Japan with price of (6800yen) which over here i dont know~ hoho~ i think i spend a lot of money on her cause i will be getting her ASIA TOUR 2008 CONCERT RULE / SPARKLE single NEXT LEVEL USB AND CD+DVD version haihz im so damn broke~

went back to Jogoya for dinner with the craziest people in the world~ well the Designers of course~ ^^ the food seems to drop~ as they no longer serve nice food~ all those rarely seen fish in our normal day life seems to be DISAPPEAR...ice fish~the moon fish~even the king crab~its not there~ haihz~ besides the expensive octopus also gone for good~ sheesh anyway we snap too many picture until we have lost counted~ major~ we are having lots of fun~wakaka~

the project of my sectional model, basically it's not really a GREAT work, but ms.huwihuwi is kind she gave me encouragement to continue my and keep up the good work~ and i shall do my best!! wahaha~ then today would be my presentation for my modernism... and i did a good job~ and proud... wahaha and basically insufficient sleep make me coco the whole day~ hoho~ anyway~ gotta go~

ayumi hamasaki released her new Asia Tour concert~ which its live in TAIPEI~ so i can actually "OFFICIALLY" hate Taiwanese cause they are so lucky!!!! T.T yamehteh~i want i want~ hehe taiwan is very close to JAPAN thats why it's always been easier for ayu to ship her concert stage her and there~ i just couldnt imagine~if she ship all her stuff here~ i think the cost of the ticket would cost me my life~ for her concert here~ but i really do wish that she will be here~ hold her concert~ i really hope~really really craving~grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr~

i saw one picture~ i dont know why would i be inspired~ cannot said that it's an inspiration la~but i need to go to a place a place to recharge my so call natural "Qi" as my Qi is gone~i cant think like very clear~ i even lost some of my motivation~ i dont know where is my concentration~ i need help~ i really do need~help~ i need to recharge and talk to someone to lead me back to right path~ haihz~ went to Times Square sing K~ well~ with my sis, janice, eileen and nicholas aka Cousin~sis and bro~and Papan well the funny part is papan took my phone to send song from my phone... then due to i din charge it the battery died out so~ he left it on the coach and slip into the gap between the sofa~ then when i look for it in the gap~ i found my hp~and also~an ANG PAU~ with RM10 inside~ wahaha~ but at the end i used it up for PARKING FEE~sheesh~
