**sleep early for the sake of your HEALTH**

i read this issue about heath~
it mention bout what will cause us if we SLEEP late or stay up late~
it's in mandarin and now I'm trying my best to translate it into English~
hope that i can help you guys oh^^

1st ~ easily turn STUPID

according to experimentation, a normal people had got to sleep for 8 hours, if lets say you sleep late for 1 hour, that means you owe your body 1 hour of sleep. Besides because of that it'll somehow reduce er EQ and IQ about a quotient~This is what they call "SLEEP DEBT",imagine you repeat it for 1 week, how much you owe your body? and no matter how long you sleep at the end~you will still feeling tired, and you will easily make mistakes, forgetful and also not so agile oh~so in short~
sleep late or dont sleep can make people turn stupid~soon might become retarded~SCARY!!!

2nd easily OLD

stay up late can make people easily get old! because when we are tired, we have this thing call tired ion, and we need to sleep to actually purify these ion, and because mostly we all stay up late, these ion seems to stack up a lot! all these ion will effect our blood circulation! when you dont have a healthy blood circulation, your skin will easily become weak and will lose de density~
ooo~besides that, there also report saying that take 1 hour noon nap equals to 3 hours of sleep at night oh~thats why they call it the beauty sleep~BUT of COURSE just a noon nap!! not to sleep the whole afternoon la~

3rd antibody goes down~

easily get tired, tak semangat~make you easily get sick oh~because your denfense power goes down already!~flu, cold~emotional changes, er digestive system~all of these illness will come to er door stop~pronto!~ besides that after wake up late, you will easily get headache, dizzy, hard to concentrate neh~

4th heart decease~

according to report people who dont rest in time and always OT easily get heart decease as their body can no longer reacts and function like normal 1~cause when it suppose to rest the heart is still ready for work~but when you are working your heart need some rest ~so it will become bit malfunction~

5th easily gain weight~

there is this sth call leptin~it helps you to maintain your sizes (keep you slim), it always work when you are asleep at night so you won't feel hungry~and wake up suddenly digging for food~
if you sleep late or stay up late~leptin cannot be made in er body to compress the eating desire of yours~FOR SURE i will see you end up in your fridge~ if you eat supper its hard for you to digest~not only cant be fully digested it will make you become lack of appetite for food and also make you tired oh!!
