SIBU ** Day 4 : TF's Last Day...**

the 4th day i have totally 3 agenda to share~ 1st is our BELOVED TING FUNG last day in Sibu~ supposingly that fella should follow me and claire return to KL on Monday night...somehow our beloved needa to atten a baptist ceremony on sunday~so have no choice he have to go back on Saturday~

and so so~

in the moning we went for breakfast~ new dishes~ it's called "ding bian hu"

ding refer as a type of wok~ bian means side~ hu means flour mix with water become doug...but doug in here is in a glue form~

its like dough in soup~ like pan mee~ they have fungus, pork slice some vege inside~

it taste very light~quite tasteless but you can add in some vinegar and pepper to enhence the taste~

then ing hou and chiong hoon,michelle and ting fung went buy kong piang and some local delicacy~for de 1st time we get to taste a de legendary kong biang~they have 2 different flavour 1 is hard and 1 is soft de~

after breakfast me, wilson, ah ma, ming yap and wei ting send ting fung to airport~ and watch him check in~hahahaihz~ he missed out all de fun~ nah~
